Nature has always been a source of inspiration for artists, and I am no exception. My passion for capturing the beauty of the natural world through colors, shapes, and light stems from my upbringing in Puebla, Mexico. Growing up surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and majestic mountains, My art carries within it the happiness and nostalgic feelings of my home.

My love for art was nurtured by my mother, who was an architect and artist herself. I would spend hours watching her create art and admiring the precision and beauty of her designs. With each stroke of her pencil, she would bring to life the beauty that surrounded us, and I was captivated. As I grew older, my passion for art only intensified, and I took every opportunity to hone my skills and learn new techniques. From taking art classes in college to participating in workshops, I have continuously pushed myself to expand my artistic abilities and capture the essence of nature in my paintings. Alongside my love for art, I also had a deep passion for tennis. My father, an avid tennis player, taught me the sport at a young age and it quickly became a significant part of my life. Little did I know, my love for tennis would eventually lead me to the United States, where I would play at the Division I college level. Looking back, I can confidently say that my journey from my hometown in Mexico to pursuing my passions for both art and tennis in the United States has been a truly fulfilling and enriching experience. The skills and lessons I have learned from playing tennis, such as strategy, problem-solving, and perseverance, have been invaluable assets not only in my art, but in all aspects of my life.
